As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor I am here to help you through difficult and stressful life transitions. I have specific training and experience helping clients work though Anxiety, and stressful life transitions such as divorce, incarceration, death of a loved one , career changes and job loss. I have a passion for mindfulness therapy, keeping clients in the moment and using their strengths to help them overcome difficult situations. I have additional experience using holistic counseling modalities to help clients see themselves through a different perspective, and gain deeper insight to their individual challenges and gifts. I believe that we all have an intense power to grow and change if that is truly what we are looking for and the change in perspective can aid in that growth. I use a great deal of care challenging individuals to be the best version of themselves. It is my hope is to create a safe, and peaceful space to allow the messy emotions of life to unravel and be held without fear of judgment.
